Gospel artiste Moses Bliss has opened up about a frightening health episode involving his wife, Marie Bliss, shortly after the birth of their child.
The singer shared the experience while ministering at the Mountain Experience programme in Abuja, describing how the situation escalated rapidly during their stay in the United Kingdom.
According to Bliss, the incident occurred in the Midlands area, where his wife suddenly developed severe pain on one side of her body and in her back. He added that her condition worsened when she began experiencing difficulty breathing, prompting an emergency hospital visit.
Despite undergoing multiple tests, doctors were reportedly unable to determine the cause of her symptoms, leaving the family deeply concerned.
Bliss said he was forced to travel to Nigeria for a prior engagement while his wife remained hospitalised. He recalled the emotional strain of the period, noting that he was distressed by the uncertainty surrounding her condition.
He explained that upon returning to the UK, he turned to prayer, describing it as a decisive moment in the situation. According to him, his wife’s condition improved shortly afterward, leading to her discharge from the hospital.
The testimony has since gained traction online, with many supporters reacting to the story and expressing gratitude for her recovery.
Bliss and his wife, who got married in 2024 and welcomed their first child last year, are widely known for sharing their faith journey through music and ministry.
