Manchester United have secured the signing of teenage midfielder Cristian Orozco from Colombian top-flight club Fortaleza CEIF.
The Premier League giants confirmed on Thursday that the 18-year-old will begin his journey at Old Trafford with support from the club’s Academy as he adapts to his new environment.
“Everyone at the club would like to welcome Cristian to United and wish him the very best of luck,” Man United’s statement partly read.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have announced that striker Jessie Gale has joined Newcastle United Women on loan for the 2026/27 season.
The 19-year-old will continue her development with Newcastle’s Barclays Women’s Super League 2 team after signing her first professional contract with Arsenal in July 2025.
Gale previously spent the opening half of the 2025/26 campaign on loan at Portsmouth in the same division.
“We wish Jessie the best of luck for this next stage in her career,” Arsenal’s statement partly read.
