Samuel Chukwueze has linked up with the Super Eagles camp in Lisbon ahead of their international friendly against Portugal national football team.
His arrival increases the squad size to 22 players.
The winger had missed recent assignments, including the Unity Cup and the friendly against Poland, following the passing and burial of his mother.
He is expected to take part in team training later on Thursday night.
The Super Eagles, led by Eric Chelle, arrived in Leiria on Thursday ahead of the match scheduled for next Wednesday at the Estádio Municipal de Leiria.
