Nigeria Premier Football League side Bendel Insurance have completed the signing of defender Lekan Gabriel on a two-year contract from Kun Khalifat FC.
Gabriel arrives after an impressive campaign in which he played a key role in helping Kun Khalifat avoid relegation. The defender featured in 33 league matches and scored two goals for the Owerri-based club.
His arrival strengthens coach Kennedy Boboye’s squad ahead of the new season.
The Benin-based club had also confirmed the signing of David Adekunle earlier this week as it continues to reinforce its team.
