Authorities have vowed to strictly enforce the IEBC’s campaign guidelines in Ol Kalou following a wave of political violence that has rocked the constituency this week.
Nyandarua County Commissioner Abdirisak Jaldesa said no political rallies or gatherings will be allowed beyond 6 pm in a bid to curb insecurity. The directive follows a violent incident on Thursday night, when suspected goons stormed a political meeting at a hotel in the constituency, disrupting the event.
