Former Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has finalised a deal to acquire Sevilla and is expected to become the club’s new owner.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed the development in a post on X on Tuesday, stating that Ramos’ brother, René Ramos, has overseen the negotiations.
Ramos is reportedly awaiting the completion of legal formalities before making an official announcement.
The former Paris Saint-Germain defender previously played for Sevilla and remains one of football’s most decorated players, with multiple UEFA Champions League, LaLiga and FIFA World Cup titles to his name.
