Lucky Emmanuel says Shooting Stars are fully focused on their decisive final league match against Niger Tornadoes as they continue their push for a continental ticket.
The Oluyole Warriors boosted their chances with a narrow 1-0 victory over Barau FC in Ibadan and will face Niger Tornadoes at the Bako Kontagora Stadium this weekend.
Emmanuel described the upcoming fixture as vital to the club’s continental ambitions.
“I appreciate my teammates for keeping the continental dreams alive after our victory over Barau FC,” Emmanuel told 3SCfanstv.
“Hopefully, we can get the three points against Niger Tornadoes just to achieve the continental dreams.”
Shooting Stars remain in competition with Ikorodu City for a place in the CAF Confederation Cup, while Rangers and Rivers United have already secured CAF Champions League spots for next season.
