Sporting Lagos have completed the signing of goalkeeper Usman Mohammed ahead of the upcoming season.
The shot-stopper has agreed to a two-year deal with the club after featuring for Sokoto United in the Nigeria National League (NNL) last season.
Mohammed recorded six clean sheets in 14 appearances for Sokoto United, earning recognition for his commanding presence in the box, communication skills and impressive reflexes.
The goalkeeper is expected to compete for a place in the starting lineup of Jeffery Buter’s team as the club prepares for the new campaign.
