Nigerian singer Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, has gifted brand-new Mercedes-Benz vehicles to his manager, Emem, and longtime associate, Donflex, as a gesture of appreciation for their loyalty and support.
The music star shared details of the surprise in an Instagram post on Tuesday, revealing that he had planned the gifts for several weeks.
According to Okoye, he decided to continue with the surprise despite Donflex recently losing his mother, saying he hoped the gesture would help lift his spirits during a difficult period.
The singer explained that both individuals had remained supportive through different stages of his career and played major roles in the creation of his forthcoming album, OG Forever.
He described the gifts as more than luxury items, noting that they symbolised gratitude, brotherhood, and unwavering loyalty.
In the post, Okoye praised the dedication of his manager and associate, saying they had stood by him through both challenges and successes.
He also hinted that fans would eventually see the level of commitment both men contributed to the making of his upcoming project.
The singer added that the gesture was his way of expressing appreciation for their continued support and belief in his journey.
