TikToker and content creator Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has addressed the speculation surrounding Davido’s absence from his wedding, insisting that there is no problem between them.
Peller explained during a live session that the Afrobeats star could not attend the ceremony because of his busy schedule.
He said Davido remains a strong supporter and has continued to treat him like a son despite being unable to attend the wedding.
“Davido treats me like his son. He was very busy, that’s why he couldn’t attend my wedding. I love him so much,” Peller said.
Davido’s absence from the ceremony had generated discussion among fans, with some questioning whether the two entertainers had fallen out.
Peller’s clarification puts those speculations to rest, as he maintained that the singer’s non-attendance had nothing to do with a disagreement.
The relationship between the pair has attracted significant attention in recent times, particularly after they appeared together on a TikTok livestream that drew massive viewership.
Peller has also previously spoken warmly about Davido’s support, making the singer’s absence from his wedding a subject of interest among their followers.
