Nigerian striker Victor Udoh has died at the age of 21 in Abuja, in the Federal Capital Territory.
The UK Mirror reported that Udoh passed away “under suspicious circumstances”.
The ex-Royal Antwerp and Southampton player was discovered dead, though the cause of death has not yet been determined.
He had recently returned to Nigeria following the conclusion of his spell with Dynamo České Budějovice.
Udoh joined the Czech side after departing Southampton in 2025.
Prior to his move to England, he was on the books of Belgian club Royal Antwerp, where he progressed through the ranks after initially signing from Abuja-based Hypebuzz.
