Manchester United icon Gary Neville has outlined why he believes Chelsea will fail to secure a spot in the UEFA Champions League for the upcoming season. “It feels to me now that Chelsea will miss out on Champions League football,” Neville remarked during the broadcast. “I think Chelsea is going to miss out because of what has happened over the last few weeks.”
