Former Real Madrid manager Alvaro Arbeloa is being considered for a move to the Premier League, with Fulham reportedly in discussions over appointing him as their next head coach.
According to The Athletic, the London club has opened talks with Arbeloa following the departure of Marco Silva, who has taken charge of Benfica.
The managerial reshuffle comes amid further changes involving Jose Mourinho, who is expected to return to Real Madrid.
Arbeloa, 43, assumed the Real Madrid role after Xabi Alonso’s dismissal in January. Before moving into management, he enjoyed a playing career that included spells with Real Madrid, Liverpool and West Ham United.
