The Independent Policing Oversight Authority, IPOA, on Tuesday presented what it describes as the most detailed reconstruction yet of the final hours of teacher and blogger Albert Ojwang inside Nairobi’s Central Police Station.
Appearing as Prosecution Witness Four, IPOA Head of Forensics Joshua Mutua guided the Kibra High Court through recovered CCTV footage, detailing the movements of police officers, detainees and civilians before, during and after the incident.
