The eviction pressure is mounting in the Big Brother Naija Season 11 house, with 16 housemates now facing possible eviction in the third week of the reality show.
The latest development followed Monday night’s announcement of the housemates’ save votes and immunity status.
Bluethopia, Cassi and Gerard emerged as the three housemates who received the highest number of votes from their colleagues to be saved for the week.
However, the advantage came with a catch.
As Head of House, Neche was directed by Biggie to remove one of the three names from the save list.
Neche chose Gerard, meaning Bluethopia and Cassi retained their safety while Gerard returned to the pool of housemates at risk of eviction.
Neche herself is safe from eviction by virtue of her Head of House position.
She is joined by Chimsom Chuka, who earned immunity after being named the Most Influential Player for the second week.
Meanwhile, Gambit, Flora and Aikou remain protected by season-long immunity previously granted to them. They will not face eviction at any point during the season.
With those exemptions accounted for, 16 housemates remain in contention for possible eviction this week.
The nomination and eviction process is expected to determine who leaves the house as the competition intensifies in the third week of the season.
