The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Aliko Dangote Foundation (ADF), Zouera Youssoufou, has led a delegation on a courtesy visit to the Vice President (Operations) of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), Rami Ahmad, at the bank’s headquarters in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Youssoufou was accompanied by the Head of Community Engagement and Polio Eradication at ADF, Ahmed Iya, during the engagement aimed at strengthening collaboration between the two organisations on development-focused initiatives.
During the visit, the ADF delegation highlighted the Foundation’s interventions and achievements across several sectors, noting that its programmes have continued to positively impact people of different races and communities through strategic investments in health, education, and empowerment.

The delegation explained that the Foundation remains committed to enhancing opportunities for social change by improving healthcare and wellbeing, promoting access to quality education, and creating empowerment opportunities for individuals and vulnerable communities.
Speaking during the meeting, Rami Ahmad expressed optimism about the prospects of a productive partnership between the Islamic Development Bank and the Aliko Dangote Foundation.
Ahmad said collaboration between both institutions could help support initiatives capable of improving social outcomes and advancing sustainable development across member countries.
