Nollywood stars Adebimpe Oyebade and Lateef Adedimeji have dismissed viral photos circulating on social media purporting to show their newborn triplets.
The clarification comes shortly after the couple announced the arrival of their babies following five years of waiting, a revelation that generated widespread excitement among fans.
However, days after a naming ceremony held on Thursday, images of the couple allegedly holding their children began trending online, sparking further attention.
Reacting via Instagram on Friday, Adebimpe Oyebade clarified that the widely shared images were generated using artificial intelligence and do not depict their real children.
“All the babies pictures flying around aren’t our babies, please,” she wrote, adding that the couple would release authentic photos at a later date.
She also hinted that official images would be shared through their approved channels when the time is right.
Similarly, Lateef Adedimeji addressed the situation on X, urging the public to disregard the fabricated images.
“Please note that the AI-generated baby photos circulating right now are not ours. Thank you for understanding,” he stated.
The couple appreciated fans for their support and goodwill, while cautioning against the spread of misleading content online.
