A night meant to celebrate the opening of Faze’s 90s Lounge in Abuja reportedly turned tense after Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, and his estranged wife, Natasha, were involved in a confrontation.
The incident occurred on Friday night at the Abuja venue, where 2Baba was scheduled to perform as part of the opening event.
A senior member of the singer’s management team confirmed that a confrontation took place but gave a more serious account of what happened.
According to the source, Natasha arrived at the venue with security personnel and other men, leading to a confrontation between the group and members of 2Baba’s team.
The management source further alleged that Natasha and the men accompanying her attempted to abduct the singer.
