Social media critic and influencer VeryDarkMan has responded to allegations made against him by former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna, who accused him of making a sexual advance toward her.
The dispute stems from Phyna’s claim that VeryDarkMan allegedly withdrew from her late sister’s case after she rejected his supposed sexual request.
In a video shared on Instagram, the influencer denied the allegation and challenged Phyna to present evidence backing her claims.
He also questioned whether it was wrong for two consenting adults to discuss sexual interest, insisting that no inappropriate action was taken.
“Phyna said that I, VeryDarkMan, wanted to sleep with her. She said she has evidence, I will like to see the evidence first because I have never told Phyna that I wanted to sleep with her,” he said.
He further argued that even if such a request had been made, it would not constitute misconduct between two adults.
“Number 2, what if I told Phyna that I wanted to sleep with her. Is there a problem with that? Both of us are adults. If I tell you that I want to sleep with you, that would be me seeking your consent,” he stated.
VeryDarkMan added that he is not married and noted that Phyna is also an adult, questioning the basis of the accusation while maintaining his denial.
The exchange has sparked widespread reactions online, adding to an ongoing public feud between both personalities.
