Manchester United have completed their third signing of the summer with the acquisition of goalkeeper Karl Darlow on a free transfer from Leeds United.
The 32-year-old has signed a deal that will keep him at Old Trafford until June 2028, with an option for a further year.
Darlow’s arrival follows United’s £50 million move for midfielder Andrey Santos from Chelsea, while the club have also triggered Youri Tielemans’ £35 million release clause at Aston Villa, with the player completing his medical.
The experienced goalkeeper is expected to provide competition and cover for first-choice shot-stopper Senne Lammens.
His arrival could see Altay Bayindir depart the club, while Andre Onana has agreed a second loan spell at Turkish side Trabzonspor.
