Leaders allied to the Kenya Kwanza administration now say they will do everything possible to ensure that President William Ruto wins next year’s general election. Led by Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, the leaders urged Kenyans to unite regardless of their ethnic backgrounds and support the government, promising that all regions will benefit from development projects without discrimination.
They also criticised DCP leader Rigathi Gachagua, saying his party’s victory in the Ol Kalou by-election is not a measure of what will happen in next year’s presidential election.
