All pupils and teachers kidnapped during the May 15 attack on Ahoro-Esiele community in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State have regained their freedom.
The victims were taken after armed gunmen stormed the community and abducted 46 pupils, teachers and the principal of a secondary school, sparking widespread concern.
The incident later turned tragic after one of the kidnapped teachers, Michael Oyedokun, was reportedly killed by the abductors.
Authorities have yet to release details of the rescue operation or confirm whether any suspects were arrested in connection with the incident.
