United Arab Emirates Pro League champions Al Wasl have completed the signing of Nigerian midfielder Popoola Ridwan from Hungarian side Kisvárda.
The 19-year-old has signed a one-year contract with the Dubai-based club, although the financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Ridwan joined Kisvárda from Nigerian academy outfit Seamoriow FC in February 2025 and quickly emerged as one of the club’s brightest young prospects.
The talented midfielder will now continue his development with Al Wasl as he begins the next phase of his career.
