Under mounting pressure to apologise or resign over alleged ethnic incitement, Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has ruled out saying sorry.
Instead, Duale has set conditions for appearing before the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC), insisting that Democracy for the Citizens Party leader Rigathi Gachagua must first honour the summons before he does.
