Nigeria’s Super Falcons have unveiled a new jersey design featuring 10 stars around the team badge ahead of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
According to ESON Africa, the stars represent the country’s continental achievements, with each one symbolising a Women’s Africa Cup of Nations title.
The nine-time African champions debuted the special kit during their 2-1 friendly win over Tanzania’s Twiga Stars on Thursday.
Coach Justin Madugu’s team will head to Morocco aiming to secure a record-extending 11th WAFCON title. The tournament begins on Saturday, with Nigeria starting their title defence against debutants Malawi at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on Tuesday.
