Nigeria international Chibuike Nwaiwu has reportedly agreed personal terms with Premier League side Fulham as the club continues its pursuit of the defender.
The London club has seen two offers rejected by Turkish Super Lig outfit Trabzonspor but remains determined to secure the 22-year-old’s signature this summer.
According to French publication Foot Mercato, Fulham have reached an agreement with Nwaiwu on a four-year deal, with negotiations now focused on reaching a transfer agreement with Trabzonspor.
The Turkish club are reportedly demanding at least €30 million for the centre-back, who joined them from Austrian side Wolfsberger AC in January.
Nwaiwu scored three goals and provided one assist in 21 appearances across all competitions for Trabzonspor.
