Barcelona have made an official offer to Borussia Dortmund for winger Karim Adeyemi, according to transfer experts Fabrizio Romano and Gerard Romero.
Romano disclosed on X that talks between both clubs are underway, with the Germany international eager to complete a move to Camp Nou.
“Karim Adeyemi agreed terms with Barcelona and informed BVB he only wants Barça move.
“Adeyemi, out of contract in June 2027 and not planning to sign new deal,” Romano said.
He added that Barcelona are now awaiting Dortmund’s response after submitting their proposal.
The Catalan club’s latest move follows the arrival of Anthony Gordon from Newcastle United, indicating Hansi Flick remains keen to reinforce his attacking options ahead of the new season.
The 24-year-old, who scored 10 goals and registered several assists for Dortmund last season, missed Germany’s 2026 World Cup campaign through injury but has remained a regular for the national team.
Barcelona’s interest also comes amid uncertainty surrounding Raphinha’s future, with reports linking the Brazilian to a potential move to Saudi Arabia following the end of his World Cup campaign.
Borussia Dortmund have yet to comment on the offer.
