Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Oburu Oginga on Wednesday backed bold policy decisions, urging President William Ruto to adopt a “benevolent dictatorship” to drive economic success.
Oburu argued that political resistance has undermined transformative government programmes, making them unpopular. He said the country needs decisive leadership with the authority to push through critical economic reforms despite opposition.
