Galatasaray have stepped up efforts to sign Nigerian-born midfielder Lesley Ugochukwu from Burnley during the summer transfer window.
Ugochukwu joined Burnley on a permanent deal from Chelsea last summer but is reportedly open to a move following the club’s relegation from the Premier League.
According to Türkiye Gazetesi, the Turkish champions have returned with an improved proposal after their initial bid was turned down.
The latest offer is said to be worth €24 million, including a €2 million loan fee and a mandatory €22 million purchase clause.
The midfielder made 38 appearances for Burnley last season, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
