Nollywood actress and television host Grace Charis Bassey Effah has announced her engagement, describing the new chapter in her life as an answered prayer.
The actress shared the news on her official Facebook page late Tuesday, expressing gratitude and excitement over the milestone.
While celebrating the engagement, Bassey chose not to reveal the identity of her fiancé or share his photograph, opting instead to reflect on what the moment means to her personally.
In a series of posts, she described finding someone she believes is worth spending her life with, adding that she feels deeply blessed by the development.
“Answered prayers. Age is just a number. Found someone worth calling life with, beyond blessed,” she wrote.

Bassey’s engagement comes more than a year after she began a new chapter in her career by enlisting in the United States Navy in May 2025.
