Gor Mahia chairman Ambrose Rachier has declined to comment on the ongoing dispute over his tenure, saying the matter is before the courts and he respects the judicial process.
The Sports Registrar has ruled that Rachier’s term has expired under the Sports Act and directed the club to hold fresh elections. However, Rachier is challenging that decision in court, where the club’s leadership dispute will now be determined.
