Nigerian businesswoman Adeola Adeyemi, widely known as Diiadem, has said she is currently single and not willing to compromise her standards in relationships.
She shared her views during a house tour with content creator Jarvis, where she opened up about her personal life and evolving expectations.
According to the 35-year-old entrepreneur, her experiences have shaped a clearer understanding of what she wants in a partner. She noted that her current stage in life requires someone who can match or exceed her level of ambition and achievement.
Diiadem also suggested that some men may feel intimidated by successful women, which she believes can affect relationship dynamics.
She explained that she is no longer interested in relationships where she carries the burden of growth alone. Instead, she now prioritises partnerships built on shared effort and mutual support.
“I am very single,” she said, adding that she wants a partner who contributes meaningfully to her life rather than one she has to constantly uplift.
The entrepreneur emphasised that she has moved away from relationships where she feels solely responsible for development, stating that she now seeks balance and reciprocity.
Diiadem maintained that remaining single is preferable to accepting less than she desires, underscoring her commitment to higher standards in her personal life.
