Big Brother Naija Season 11 has recorded its first eviction, with housemate Martins Iyeh becoming the first contestant to leave the reality show.
The 30-year-old’s exit was announced by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu during Sunday’s live eviction show.
Martins spent just two weeks in the Big Brother house before his journey on the reality show came to an end.
His eviction followed the compilation of viewers’ votes for the housemates who had been nominated for possible eviction.
With Martins out of the competition, 24 housemates remain in contention for the season’s grand prize.
This year’s edition carries the theme “Everything Is For The Taking” and is also known as “Show Ya Sef.”
The season comes with a record prize package reportedly valued at N160 million, including N100 million in cash and an SUV.
As the competition progresses, the remaining housemates will continue to battle for viewers’ support and a place in the final stages of the reality show.
