TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has announced that he has received a house in Abuja valued at N400 million from real estate businessman King Ochacho.
Peller made the announcement in an emotional post on Instagram, expressing gratitude to Ochacho for fulfilling the pledge made during his traditional wedding with fellow content creator Jarvis on August 1.
The TikToker said he was deeply grateful for the gesture and described the gift as a blessing he would not forget.
“Words honestly cannot explain how grateful I am. Today, I received a N400 million house in Abuja from an incredible man, Mr. Ochacho,” Peller wrote.
Ochacho had reportedly announced the gift during the couple’s star-studded traditional wedding, promising on behalf of himself and his sons to provide Peller with a N400 million mansion in Abuja.
Peller subsequently thanked the businessman for supporting him and expressing confidence in him.
He also acknowledged businessman and philanthropist Sososoberekon, whom he credited with introducing him to Ochacho.
According to Peller, the connection would not have happened without Sososoberekon’s intervention.
He expressed appreciation to both men, describing the house as a major blessing in his life.
The announcement has generated significant reactions online, with fans congratulating the content creator and praising Ochacho for following through on the pledge.
The reported property gift comes shortly after Peller and Jarvis’ traditional wedding, which attracted a number of celebrities and prominent figures from Nigeria’s entertainment and social media circles.
Peller and Jarvis are also set to hold their white wedding today, adding another major milestone to a period that has seen the couple remain at the centre of widespread online attention.
