Super Eagles defender Abdullahi Bewene has committed his future to Czech club Baník Ostrava after signing a new five-year deal.
The 21-year-old right-back is now tied to the Baniček until June 2031, ending uncertainty surrounding his next move.
Bewene progressed through Baník’s youth and reserve teams before breaking into the senior squad, where he has continued to develop.
His performances have also earned him international recognition with Nigeria, making his Super Eagles debut in a friendly against Poland last month.
The defender later featured in Nigeria’s 2-1 friendly loss to Portugal and had previously represented the country at the U-17 level.
