Global technology company Zoho has announced the launch of a comprehensive suite of AI-driven solutions aimed at empowering businesses to operate more efficiently and securely. The unveiling includes its proprietary Zia Large Language Model (LLM), a no-code agent builder called Zia Agent Studio, over 25 deployable Zia agents, a Model Context Protocol server for integrating third-party agents, and new Automatic Speech Recognition models.
Speaking at the launch, Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head of Zoho Nigeria, said the new offerings underscore Zoho’s mission to build foundational AI technologies that balance capabilities, privacy, and cost efficiency.
“Our LLM is trained specifically for business use cases, with privacy and governance at its core.
“This approach reduces inference costs, allowing us to pass on greater value to customers while enabling them to leverage AI productively and securely”, Ogundare said.
While Zoho continues to support third-party LLM integrations, including ChatGPT, Llama, and DeepSeek, the company reaffirmed its data privacy-first approach. With Zia LLM, customers’ data remains securely hosted on Zoho’s servers, ensuring that sensitive business information is not sent to external AI cloud providers.
The model is currently undergoing internal testing across Zoho’s extensive application portfolio and will be rolled out to customers in the coming months.
In addition, Zoho unveiled two proprietary Automatic Speech Recognition models designed for speech-to-text conversion in English and Hindi. These models are optimised for low computational loads without compromising accuracy and have demonstrated up to 75% better performance compared to similar models in standard benchmark tests.
As part of its inclusive AI strategy, Zoho plans to expand ASR language support to serve diverse regions and user groups. The company also announced plans to introduce a Reasoning Language Model (RLM) to improve complex problem-solving and contextual understanding in business environments.
With these innovations, Zoho aims to simplify AI adoption, allowing businesses to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and boost productivity, all while maintaining strict data privacy standards.
