The United Opposition has announced it will move to court this week to challenge the credibility of several by-elections conducted last week.
Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka claims the polls were marred by voter suppression and intimidation.
Meanwhile, DCP party leader Rigathi Gachagua defended his party’s performance in the concluded by-elections, insisting DCP did not field a candidate in the Mbeere North race.
