Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has paid a visit to the National Hospital Abuja, where she met with patients in the children’s and women’s wards.
The outreach, which she shared on her Instagram page, captured moments of prayer, conversations with patients, and the distribution of gifts. The actress was also seen offering financial support to some families to assist with medical expenses.
Dikeh described the visit as deeply emotional, particularly her time in the children’s ward. She said witnessing young patients battling serious health challenges left her overwhelmed.
According to her, the hospital management welcomed her warmly and facilitated the visit. She expressed gratitude for the reception and support extended to her team.
The actress noted that beyond prayers, tangible assistance was provided. She explained that while the donations might not solve every challenge, they were meaningful contributions to families in need.
During the visit, Dikeh referenced “EL-ROI,” a biblical name meaning “the God who sees,” as she prayed for healing and comfort for patients.
She also acknowledged her spiritual mentors, Jerry Eze and Eno Jerry, crediting them for inspiring her commitment to service and compassion.
Dikeh’s hospital visit adds to her ongoing philanthropic activities, which frequently focus on supporting vulnerable individuals and communities across Nigeria.
