Popular Nigerian content creator and TikTok star, Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, widely known as Jarvis, has threatened to take legal action against her boyfriend and fellow TikToker, Peller, over allegations of money laundering.
The controversy began after Peller, during a recent livestream, accused Jarvis and other TikTok personalities of laundering money through the platform’s gifting feature, a claim that has since sparked massive backlash online.
Responding to the allegations, Jarvis’s management team, Aiso Entertainment, issued an official statement describing Peller’s comments as false and defamatory.
“Such accusations are an attack on her character and legality, which deserve stringent legal action of this kind,” the statement read.
The management further disclosed that Jarvis, alongside her legal counsel, is considering a defamation lawsuit against Peller for the damaging claims.
“The management, alongside her esteemed legal counsel, denies these allegations and we are currently exploring the possibility of initiating a defamation lawsuit against Mr. Peller,” it added.
The incident has stirred intense debate within Nigeria’s TikTok community, with fans and creators divided over the couple’s public feud.
As of press time, Peller has not responded to the threat of legal action or retracted his statement.
