Nigerian TikTok sensation Peller has taken a major step into luxury living after acquiring a mansion worth N350 million in Lekki, Lagos.
The 20-year-old creator shared the news during a live chat with fellow influencer Sandra Benede, revealing that the property is located on Chevron Drive, one of Lekki’s prime residential areas.
Celebrating the milestone on Instagram, Peller expressed gratitude to God and his fans for their role in his success.
“Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I’m so grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me. Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala,” he wrote.
Peller disclosed that he intends to move into the expansive residence in October 2025. While many speculated that his TikTok earnings funded the mansion, he clarified that support also came from undisclosed benefactors.
“People shouldn’t think it’s just TikTok money. I get deals on the low. Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names. But once the house is fully set, I’ll reveal them,” he explained.
For Peller, who has quickly become one of Nigeria’s most influential digital creators, the mansion represents the fulfillment of a long-held dream. He promised to share more details with his audience once he officially settles into his new home.
