To take off the work stress and tight economic times, Kampala’s corporate crowd found reprieve on Saturday as the latest edition of Reminisce Kadanke turned Club Guvnor into a lively throwback celebration.
The event delivered a perfect blend of music, memories, and carefree moments. Reminisce co-founder Robert Victor Nsibirwa described the event as more than just a party.
He said it was created as a space where lovers of classic music and culture could come together, unwind, and reconnect, what he fondly called “a playground for grown folks.”
The event, hosted by Timothy Code, featured an energetic line up of DJs including Bryan, Kasbaby, Cisse, and Sal Deejay.
The music kicked off at 3pm and kept revellers on their feet well into the evening. Adding to the excitement, guests enjoyed a happy hour with discounted drinks, and for firsttime attendee Lynn Birungi, the experience reportedly felt like making up for lost time.
