Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Tems has opened up about the qualities she admires most in fellow superstar Wizkid.
During a question-and-answer session with fans on X, a user, @Gbolaha_n9, asked the singer to name the one thing she loves most about Wizkid, her biggest collaborator to date.
“One thing you love about BigWiz?” the fan wrote.
Tems responded simply: “His heart, his work ethic.”
The duo created one of the most celebrated Afrobeats collaborations with “Essence,” released in 2020 on Wizkid’s Made in Lagos album. The track became a global hit, earning multiple nominations and securing the pair spots on major stages worldwide.
Tems and Wizkid have continued to perform together at international concerts, further cementing their artistic chemistry and their impact on the global music scene.
