Taiwo Adegbodu, one half of the popular gospel duo Adegbodu Twins, has been reported dead.
His passing was announced on Sunday, March 1, through a post shared on the duo’s official Facebook page. The message, believed to have been written by his twin brother, Kehinde Adegbodu, expressed deep grief and shock over the loss.
In the emotional tribute, Kehinde questioned how he would cope without his brother, describing the pain as overwhelming.
“TAIWO, why will you leave your kids and me without notification? My heart is bleeding, Lord how do you want me to cope without him? God why? This is too much for me to bear!!!” the post read.
Following the announcement, colleagues, fans, and fellow gospel artistes have taken to social media to pay tribute, remembering Taiwo as a devoted evangelist whose music strengthened faith and inspired many.
As of press time, the cause of his death has not been disclosed.
