Social media personality Tacha has praised the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) for their outstanding service during the festive season.
In a post on X, Tacha highlighted the officials’ tireless work in keeping traffic flowing across Lagos, noting their discipline, dedication, and late-night efforts throughout December.
She wrote:
“The unsung heroes, I mean, the ACTUAL Real MVPs of Detty December IS @followlastma @followlasg. They did an incredible job throughout the festive period… like e shock me, from 1AM to 2AM literally round the clock, you’d always find them on the road. Every junction, every area, every hour of the day and night, they were there, consistent and committed. December traffic is not easy, but they showed up nonstop and handled it with discipline and effort. They genuinely deserve their flowers.”
Tacha’s post has drawn attention to the often-overlooked efforts of traffic officials, who work long hours to manage the city’s busy roads, particularly during high-traffic periods like Detty December.
