Nigeria’s Super Eagles will face Venezuela and Colombia in a pair of international friendlies in the United States this November, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has confirmed.
The three-time African champions will first take on Venezuela on Friday, 14 November, at the Shell Stadium in Houston, Texas, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm Texas time.
Four days later, they will meet Los Cafeteros of Colombia at Citi Field Stadium in Flushing Meadows, Queens, New York, kicking off at 8pm Eastern Time (1am Wednesday, 19 November in Nigeria).
The games come after Nigeria’s final two fixtures in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, where they are set to face Zimbabwe and the Benin Republic in October.
The NFF says the friendlies will serve as key preparation for next year’s World Cup campaign and give the coaching crew a chance to assess squad depth against strong South American opposition.
