Nigeria’s Super Eagles will face Venezuela in an international friendly match in the United States on Friday, November 14.
The venue for the tie is yet to be confirmed.
The last time both teams clashed was in 2012, when Nigeria defeated Venezuela 3-1 in Miami, with goals from Brown Ideye, Nosa Igiebor, and Ogenyi Onazi.
The game will form part of the Super Eagles’ build-up to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, as they fine-tune preparations for the continental showpiece.
Head coach Eric Chelle and his men will also be coming off their final 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in October against Lesotho and Benin Republic, making the friendly an important test ahead of AFCON.
