Nigerian comedian Oluwaseyitan Aletile, popularly known as Seyi Law, has applauded the administration of President Bola Tinubu, pointing to what he described as significant strides in economic management and governance.
Speaking at the National Convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the entertainer highlighted key policy decisions, including the removal of the fuel subsidy and the unification of Nigeria’s foreign exchange market. He described these moves as bold steps aimed at stabilising the economy and addressing long-standing structural challenges.
Seyi Law also referenced improvements in the country’s foreign reserves, noting an increase from previously low levels to tens of billions of dollars. According to him, the development reflects stronger economic management under the current administration.
On education, he commended the introduction of the student loan scheme, which he said is already supporting close to one million beneficiaries. He further pointed to the establishment of tuition-free technical colleges and financial support for students in federal technical institutions.
The comedian additionally highlighted ongoing infrastructure projects, citing major highway developments connecting key regions across the country. He listed projects such as the Lagos-Calabar coastal highway and other large-scale road constructions as evidence of the government’s commitment to national development.
Seyi Law expressed confidence in the administration’s direction, urging Nigerians to recognise what he described as deliberate efforts to tackle corruption and rebuild the economy through policy reforms and long-term investments.
