Popular Nollywood actor and producer Segun Ogungbe has reportedly reconciled with his estranged partner, actress Wunmi Ajiboye, nearly three years after their highly publicised breakup.
The couple, who share two sons, had previously been at the center of controversy when Ajiboye appeared to acknowledge MC Oluomo while ignoring Ogungbe at her mother’s burial in 2023. This incident fueled rumours of a split, with allegations of an affair, which Ajiboye later denied.
At the time, Ajiboye clarified the situation, stating that the two were not formally married and that Ogungbe had not paid her bride price. “We were never married. He doesn’t know my people. We only have kids together,” she said.
The latest development came to light during the premiere of Ogungbe’s new movie, Irete, on Sunday, where the duo were seen together, appearing affectionate and supportive of each other.
The appearance has sparked conversations among fans and social media users, many celebrating the apparent reconciliation of the Nollywood pair.
