As technology continues to shape how Nigerians connect, learn, and do business, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotosho, are set to lead discussions on the influence of Social Media and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the upcoming Bodex Social Media Hangout (BSMH).
This year’s edition, themed “Social Media & A.I Influence: Transforming Yourself, Services & the Society,” promises an engaging lineup of activities and conversations.
Speaking during the unveiling, Convener of BSMH, Bodex Hungbo, revealed that the event will also feature an award presentation to recognize individuals and organizations that have contributed significantly to digital literacy and responsible communication.
“Each of our hosts embodies the spirit of BSMH – creativity, authenticity, and influence,” Hungbo stated. “Their presence underscores our mission to celebrate the evolving power of social media and A.I in shaping narratives, industries, and lives”.
She added that as anticipation builds toward BSMH 6.0, attendees can expect insightful conversations, entertainment, masterclasses, and awards celebrating the outstanding achievements of digital creatives, thought leaders, and change-makers.
The three-day event, scheduled for November 21 to 23, 2025, will take place across the University of Lagos and the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA and will feature keynote addresses and discussions from prominent figures.
