Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has reacted to a fan’s advice urging her never to date or marry an older wealthy man again, following her highly publicized marital crisis with Senator Ned Nwoko.
The fan’s comment came amid the ongoing fallout from the actress’s accusations of domestic violence and intimidation against her estranged husband. The controversy also led to the temporary arrest of Regina’s elder brother, Sammy Daniels, by an Abuja Magistrate Court, a move that was later reversed after public outcry.
In a video shared on her Instagram page on Tuesday, Regina expressed gratitude to her fans and the general public for their support during the ordeal.
Shortly after, a fan identified as @Olivia_Onyii commented under her post, writing:
“In your next life, when you see an old rich man, you go pick race.”
Reacting to the remark, the 24-year-old actress countered the statement, saying not all older men behave immaturely.
“Why? Not all old men can be babies though! But I don learn from this Shege banza sha,” Regina replied, hinting that she had learned valuable lessons from her experience.
Regina Daniels married the 65-year-old Ned Nwoko in May 2019, a union that has remained a major topic of public debate since its inception.
Her response has stirred mixed reactions online, with many praising her for maintaining composure amid the controversy, while others continue to question her views on relationships with older men.
